Develop Irish-inspired Claddagh jewelry through stainless steel engineering, OEM/ODM development, PVD finishing and controlled bulk production.
Chicolink Jewelry manufactures Irish-inspired Claddagh jewelry in Dongguan, China for global B2B buyers.
- Develop Claddagh rings, pendants, necklaces, charms, bracelets, earrings and gift sets.
- Convert authorized artwork, reference images or design files into production-ready specifications.
- Select 304 or 316L stainless steel, PVD/IP colors, stones, enamel and engraving by project requirement.
- Support OEM, ODM, private label packaging, quality inspection and export coordination.
- Plan sampling, bulk production and replenishment against the buyer's approved standard and delivery date.

Build A Claddagh Collection Around Your Sales Channel
Chicolink aligns each Claddagh program with the sales channel, customer group, price position, assortment size and replenishment plan. Before development, we define product roles, approval responsibility and delivery priorities, then adapt the heart, crown and hands to the required heritage, bridal or fashion direction. This keeps commercial requirements visible from the first sample.
Established Jewelry Brands
Chicolink reviews the brand's design language, approved samples, material policy, color standard and packaging system before developing Claddagh styles. We can build a differentiated capsule, permanent collection or seasonal extension while controlling each SKU, artwork version and approved production reference.
Wholesale And Distribution
Chicolink plans recognizable core styles, accessible price points, mixed categories and replenishment-ready specifications for wholesalers and distributors. Before production, we confirm MOQ, color split, size assortment, packing method, carton data and the delivery conditions stated in the wholesale order in writing.
Retail Chain Programs
Chicolink coordinates specifications, SKU labels, barcodes, packing ratios, inspection requirements and delivery milestones across multi-style retail programs. We structure each collection for consistent ordering, receiving, inspection, stock allocation and replenishment across stores, distribution centers and regional warehouses. Store-level packing ratios and launch dates remain part of the production brief.
Celtic Heritage Gifts
Chicolink translates authorized Claddagh artwork into pendants, charms, rings, gift sets and story-led packaging for cultural or heritage programs. Before development, we record the approved artwork rights, cultural references, wording, target use and sales territory in the written product brief.
Bridal And Promise Jewelry
Chicolink develops Claddagh rings, couple pieces, engraved bands, bridesmaid gifts and coordinated sets for wedding or promise collections. We review ring sizing, engraving space, stone security, presentation packaging and delivery milestones together so the products and retail presentation follow one approved brief.
DTC And E-Commerce Brands
Chicolink connects the approved Claddagh story with product-data, jewelry-card, care-instruction, SKU, barcode and protective packaging requirements. We confirm product weight, dimensions, pack quantity, carton data and label placement for the brand's online listing, warehouse receiving and fulfillment workflow before production approval.
Translate The Claddagh Symbol Into Responsible Jewelry Products
Chicolink records the intended meaning, audience, sales context and authorized assets in a cultural design brief. We then adapt the heart, crown and hands through product scale, material, finish, engraving and packaging. Chicolink manufactures these Irish-inspired products in Dongguan, China; the design direction does not imply Irish origin. This distinction keeps product copy, labels and buyer approvals consistent.

Confirm Meaning Before Confirming The Shape
- Heart, crown and hands: Chicolink records the buyer-approved meaning for each element, including love, loyalty, friendship, commitment or heritage.
- Traditional versus contemporary: Chicolink can preserve the three-part visual structure while adjusting proportions, surface depth, stone placement, open space, chain length or product scale for a modern collection.
- Wearable interpretation: A ring, pendant, charm and gift set may use the same symbol but require different visual emphasis, weight, edge treatment and packaging language.
- Origin statement: Chicolink manufactures the products in Dongguan, China. Product and packaging copy must not describe them as Irish-made.
- Artwork authorization: The buyer confirms rights for logos, illustrations, museum assets, licensed artwork, fonts, wording and supplied reference designs before development or reproduction.
- Final approval: Chicolink converts the approved direction into drawings, samples, color references and packaging files for buyer confirmation before mass production.
Develop Claddagh Products For Multiple Retail Roles
Chicolink structures each assortment around entry products, statement pieces, sentimental gifts, bridal items and repeat-purchase accessories. We document motif scale, weight, comfort, size range, surface treatment, packaging and retail role by SKU. The collection plan separates launch styles, replenishment styles, gift-ready sets and later line extensions before sampling. This creates a usable product architecture instead of an unconnected list of Claddagh items.

Claddagh Rings
Chicolink develops Claddagh bands, signet-style rings, open rings, couple rings and stone-set rings. Each specification records US, EU or UK sizing, inner diameter, face dimensions, shank thickness, crown height, hand detail, engraving area, edge treatment and the target size assortment. Wide-band fit, comfort and size ratios receive separate confirmation.

Promise And Wedding Rings
Chicolink develops Claddagh symbolism for promise, wedding, anniversary and couple collections. We confirm the retail position, then review ring fit, size availability, inner engraving, stone position, pair matching, presentation box, story card and delivery timing. Matching finishes, paired size assortments and set quantities are recorded by SKU before production.

Claddagh Pendants
Chicolink manufactures heart-and-crown pendants, engraved pendants, layered pendants and coordinated necklace pieces. Before sampling, we confirm height, width, thickness, weight, bail opening, front and back finish, logo location, chain type, necklace length and hanging direction. We also review back-face contact, connection strength, wearing orientation and anti-tangling packing.

Claddagh Charms
Charms allow one approved Claddagh element to extend across bracelets, necklaces, gift sets and seasonal add-ons. Chicolink evaluates charm thickness, attachment hole, orientation, polishing access, PVD coverage, enamel or stone cavities and connection strength. Small details must remain legible after production and finishing. Front-facing direction and jump-ring dimensions are recorded before assembly.

Claddagh Bracelets
Chicolink combines Claddagh charms, engraved plates, chains, cuffs or adjustable structures into bracelet programs. We confirm wrist length, extension chain, clasp type, charm orientation, connection load, surface contact, size mix and anti-scratch packing. Extension links, logo tags, clasp function, packing direction and spare-component rules are specified where required.

Claddagh Earrings
Chicolink develops studs, hoops, huggies and drop earrings from Claddagh shapes or supporting motifs. Engineering checks pair consistency, total height, individual weight, ear-post alignment, closure, connection strength, edge comfort and packaging support. Directional designs also receive a documented left-right orientation, pair-matching standard and card placement direction before packing.

Men's And Unisex Styles
Men's and unisex Claddagh styles can use wider bands, deeper relief, heavier chains, signet proportions, black PVD, gunmetal finishes or restrained engraving. Chicolink confirms target weight, comfort, ring size range, chain strength, surface wear areas and the buyer's preferred balance between heritage detail and contemporary styling. Finish transitions and high-contact areas receive separate review.

Giftable Collection Sets
Chicolink combines rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets or charms into couple sets, bridal gifts, anniversary gifts and heritage presentation sets. Each set receives a component list, quantity ratio, SKU, barcode, insert layout, packing sequence and missing-item check. We confirm replacement quantities, paired finishes and mixed-size rules before bulk packing.
Design The Heart, Crown And Hands For Mass Production
Chicolink engineers the heart, crown, hands, relief depth, negative space and ring profile as one structure. These details affect casting, cutting, polishing, stone setting, plating, sizing and inspection. Before quotation or sampling, we identify the dimensions, visual references and packing protections required for repeatable production. The result is a production brief that the buyer can review before committing to tooling or bulk quantity.

Review The Motif At Product Scale
- Crown tips and small peaks: Fine crown tips can lose definition during casting, deburring or polishing. Chicolink reviews their thickness, spacing, edge condition and access for finishing.
- Hand and finger detail: Narrow fingers and deep relief may create incomplete filling, trapped polishing compound or difficult inspection areas. The artwork may require controlled simplification without losing the intended symbol.
- Heart and stone seat: A heart-shaped center must be checked for symmetry, depth, setting structure, enamel space and the available area for engraving or logo placement.
- Ring profile: The face, shoulder and shank should transition without abrupt thickness changes. Chicolink evaluates comfort, weight, inner diameter, edge radius and the effect of plating on assembly dimensions.
- Surface route: Casting, stamping, laser cutting, CNC, engraving, enamel and stone setting are selected according to the geometry, quantity, finish and target budget. The final route is confirmed after engineering review and sample validation.
- Production release: The approved drawing, BOM, color reference, golden sample and inspection points become the basis for bulk production and future replenishment.
Choose A Claddagh Specification By Market And Use
Chicolink selects materials and finishes by structure, wearing environment, target market, price position, quantity and testing needs. We evaluate every option by SKU and record the final material, decoration, tolerance and test plan in the approved specification. Tooling, color batches, sizes, packaging versions and external testing may change MOQ, cost or timing. The table gives the buyer a practical starting point for quotation and sampling.
| Decision area | Suitable project options | Chicolink review points |
|---|---|---|
| Stainless steel grade | 304 or 316L | 304 is generally more flexible for supply and cost. 316L contains molybdenum and usually offers better pitting resistance, but its higher hardness may increase forming, cutting, welding, polishing and shaping difficulty. |
| Main surface | Bare stainless steel, polished, mirror, brushed, matte or sandblasted | Confirm the main visual face, edge treatment, cleaning route, measurement method and whether the surface must match an existing brand standard. |
| PVD/IP color | Gold, rose gold, black, gunmetal or another approved color | Confirm color sample, plating structure, coverage, thickness requirement, exposed wear areas, batch record and test method. Color claims remain subject to the approved standard and test conditions. |
| Central detail | Plain metal heart, zircon, glass stone, natural stone, enamel or resin fill | Confirm material identity, stone position, setting route, adhesive or mechanical retention, color reference, inspection method and packaging protection. |
| Personalization | Laser logo, laser engraving, inner-ring engraving, etched pattern, embossed mark or logo tag | Confirm artwork rights, file format, minimum line width, character length, font, depth, location and readability at the final product size. |
| Product structure | Cast relief, stamped plate, laser-cut pendant, CNC component, chain assembly or mixed construction | Confirm geometry, volume, wall thickness, tool access, connection strength, finishing route, MOQ, tooling and sampling schedule. |
Turn A Claddagh Concept Into A Production Specification
Chicolink works from sketches, reference images, physical samples, CAD files, logo files or a commercial direction. OEM starts with buyer-supplied design information; ODM starts with the target market, customer group, price position and product role. Both routes require a written specification, feasibility review and approved sample before bulk production. The process identifies missing inputs before they affect cost, tooling or delivery.

One Controlled Route From Input To Bulk Release
- 1. Collect the brief: Confirm the Claddagh interpretation, product category, target market, material, color, size range, target quantity, packaging, testing and required delivery date.
- 2. Check artwork and files: Review file format, logo rights, motif proportions, dimensions, artwork versions and missing information. Chicolink lists assumptions as items for buyer confirmation.
- 3. Complete engineering review: Evaluate structure, material, process route, stone or enamel details, engraving space, weight, comfort, MOQ, tooling and cost risks.
- 4. Prepare quotation inputs: Confirm material, size, color, decoration, packaging, quantity, sample route, testing and delivery conditions before issuing a project quotation.
- 5. Develop the sample: Chicolink may use CAD, 3D files, a prototype, white metal sample, color sample, functional sample or packaging sample according to the project need.
- 6. Record revisions and approve: The buyer confirms changes, sample status, drawing, BOM, color reference, golden sample and inspection points. Old versions are removed from production use.
- 7. Release bulk production: PMC schedules materials and processes after approval. Production, plating, inspection, packing and shipment follow the confirmed order requirements.

Confirm Commercial Conditions Before Claddagh Production
Chicolink builds each quotation from the SKU count, materials, colors, sizes, stones, tooling, packaging and delivery target. The table shows our standard working references. We confirm the final fees, payment terms and schedule in writing, including buyer approvals, testing, packaging production and international transit where applicable. This gives the buyer a clear basis for comparing a stock, OEM or ODM route.
| Item | Common Chicolink reference | Conditions to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Stock or regular styles | Usually 120 pcs per style | Confirm SKU, available inventory, color, size, packaging and dispatch date. |
| OEM or ODM styles | Usually 500 pcs per style | Confirm whether MOQ is calculated by style, color, size, plating batch or packaging version. |

| Sample and tooling fees | Usually applicable | Whether fees are offset depends on order value and written agreement. |
| Quantity variance | Common reference approximately +/-5% | Custom orders must define acceptable variance, excess/shortage treatment, balance ownership and extra freight responsibility. |
| Payment | 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment as a reference | Final ratio, method, credit terms and contract conditions depend on customer, order value and agreement. |
| Trade terms | EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP can be supported | Confirm destination country, postcode, carton data, taxes, insurance and required arrival date. |
Control Every Critical Point In The Approved Claddagh Specification
Chicolink converts the approved drawing, BOM, sample, color reference, packaging file and quality requirements into inspection points. We check material, structure, appearance, function, plating, decoration and packing during production, not only at final inspection. Buyer-approved written standards take priority over Chicolink's defaults. Each checkpoint links back to a product, process or packing requirement.
Material And Grade
Chicolink confirms the specified stainless steel grade, components, stones, enamel and other materials against the product specification and BOM. If the buyer requires material or heavy-metal testing, the sample, standard, batch and report scope are defined before production or external testing.
First Article Approval
Before releasing the full quantity, Chicolink checks a first article or pre-production sample against the approved design. Ring profile, crown detail, hand shape, heart symmetry, dimensions, weight, engraving, stone position and surface finish are reviewed before the production team continues.
Surface And Color
Chicolink checks polishing, scratches, burrs, exposed base metal, PVD coverage, color difference, brightness and visible plating defects. The buyer's approved color sample or standard takes priority. Color performance claims are made only against the confirmed test method and acceptance requirement.
Size And Function
Chicolink checks ring inner diameter, necklace or bracelet length, pendant thickness, hole position, ear-post alignment, clasp operation, opening movement and component fit. Default measurement references are used only when the buyer has not supplied a different written tolerance or inspection standard.
Stone And Connection
Chicolink selects a stone-security check according to the structure. Small stones may receive tape testing with stone inspection; larger glued stones may require push or pull testing; prong-set products require looseness and prong checks. The selected method is recorded in the product test matrix.
Packing And AQL
Chicolink checks product count, pair or set completeness, jewelry cards, pouches, boxes, SKU labels, barcodes, inner cartons and outer cartons. When no customer standard is specified, the default AQL reference is general inspection level II, Critical Ac 0/Re 1, Major AQL 1.0 and Minor AQL 2.5.
Protect Claddagh Consistency Across Repeat Orders
Chicolink retains the references needed to compare each reorder with the approved commercial standard. These records protect color, size, packaging and product consistency across seasons, and help isolate the affected order, SKU or process when an issue occurs. They also reduce the risk of using an old drawing, color file or packaging version.

What Chicolink Records For Replenishment
- Product identity: Customer, project, order number, SKU, style number, size, color and product version.
- Approved references: Drawing, BOM, golden sample, customer sample, color standard, packaging sample and inspection plan.
- Process records: Material record, production date, PVD color record, plating structure, key process changes and approved deviation.
- Brand files: Product logo, logo tag, jewelry card, care card, story card, barcode, SKU label and packaging artwork version.
- Shipment records: Packed quantity, carton number, packing list, shipment date and destination information.
- Change control: A revised drawing, color, logo or packaging file receives a new version. Unconfirmed older files are stopped from production, inspection and packing use.
Chicolink uses the approved written standard first. If the buyer needs mixed colors, mixed sizes, new packaging or a new Claddagh variation during replenishment, the change is evaluated and approved before the new batch is released.
Confirm Testing And Compliance Before Production
Chicolink coordinates testing, external inspection and compliance documents by product, material, color, plating structure, batch and target market. Before testing, we confirm the standard, sample quantity, conditions, cost, timing and report scope. Each report covers only its stated samples and conditions. Tested samples that are damaged or altered are not shipped as saleable goods. The final compliance file is matched to the relevant SKU and order.
| Buyer requirement | Chicolink support direction | Confirmation required |

Turn An Approved Claddagh Design Into A Branded Product
Chicolink coordinates the jewelry, brand marks, product information, retail presentation and packing data as one program. We keep the product, card, box, label, care information and SKU records consistent from sampling through replenishment, while checking fixation, scratch protection, chain tangling, set completeness and warehouse identification. The buyer receives one controlled packaging direction instead of separate, conflicting files.
Product And Logo Placement
Chicolink evaluates laser logos, engraved marks, logo tags, inner-ring marks and packaging logos against the final size and surface. We record artwork rights, file format, position, orientation, line width, character size, depth and color. Samples confirm readability after polishing and plating, especially on narrow rings, small charms and curved surfaces. Approved logo files remain linked to the applicable product and packaging versions.
Jewelry Cards And Story Inserts
Chicolink produces jewelry cards, brand story cards, care instructions and collection inserts for the approved program. Before printing, we confirm wording, cultural references, language, size, material, hole position and SKU relationship. Version control keeps outdated text, languages and barcodes out of replenishment orders, while approved proofs remain linked to each packaging SKU, print specification and packing instruction.
Pouches And Gift Boxes
Chicolink coordinates velvet pouches, gift boxes, logo boxes, inserts and set presentation. We check product fixation, chain tangling, stone and edge protection, opening sequence, logo position, box size, material and color. Crown tips, raised stones and polished surfaces receive protection based on contact and pressure risks. A packaging sample confirms fit, presentation, product orientation and the set's opening sequence.
Labels And Fulfillment Data
Chicolink prepares barcode labels, SKU stickers, FNSKU or Amazon FBA packing support, carton labels, packing lists and mixed-SKU instructions from current buyer files. Before shipment, we check label data, product count, carton quantity and destination. Packing records link each approved label version to the shipped SKU and carton. Buyers provide the current platform file, product code and placement rule for each order.
