Material selection should match the bracelet structure, wearing condition, target price, target market, surface treatment, and testing requirement. We develop 304 and 316L stainless steel bracelets and confirm the material, components, plating structure, and applicable tests before quotation and sampling. The approved grade is recorded in the product specification and BOM for the bracelet body, clasps, jump rings, charms, plates, hinges, and other metal components.

We do not select materials by product name alone. We record the metal grade and component specifications in the project BOM, while stone type and other non-metal details are recorded separately. Sample fees normally apply. Mold, tooling, drawing, testing, packaging, and shipping fees may also apply according to the project. Whether sample or mold costs can be deducted from a later order depends on the order value and written agreement. Chicolink confirms the chargeable scope before sampling begins.

Repeat supply requires more than one approved sample. We link customer approval, production planning, material records, plating batches, inspection data, packaging files, and shipment records to the order number, SKU, and production batch.
