Boxes and Sets
Gift boxes and set packaging require an approved product layout, insert structure, movement control, left-right pairing, missing-part check, opening sequence, and external label. We coordinate the box dimensions with actual samples so shell components, chains, posts, rings, and PVD surfaces are not compressed or rubbed. A packing sample records component position, fixing points, presentation order, accessory count, and the visual standard at opening.
SKU and Barcodes
Chicolink aligns SKU labels, barcodes, product names, color, size, market, and carton markings with your approved data, so packaging matches.You supply or approve the required data. Agreed packing checks can cover barcode readability, label position, SKU matching, inner quantities, carton information, print clarity, and correct packaging versions.
Channel-Ready Packing
Amazon FBA packaging, wholesale packs, retail-chain packs, and export cartons have different label, protection, sorting, and documentation needs. Chicolink confirms the channel specification, unit pack, inner quantity, carton quantity, carton marks, packing list, inspection point, and shipment arrangement before bulk packing. Please provide required files, labels, inspections, booking dates, destination, and handling instructions before packing begins so the approved method can be checked before shipment release.

- Engineering records: Approved drawings, dimensions, material grade, component specifications, shell or decoration details, BOM version, logo file, process notes, and open-issue closure.
- Sample records: Sample number, purpose, corresponding file version, production date, revision comments, approval status, confirmation photos, and identification of the Golden Sample used for bulk production.
- Material references: Approved stainless steel specification and, where applicable, the approved natural shell or decorative-material name, grade, size, thickness, color or pattern range, and supply-lot information.
- Finish references: Physical color sample, surface preparation, PVD or plating requirement, finished sample, batch information, color comparison, and applicable thickness or performance requirement.

Do you use 304 or 316L stainless steel?
Chicolink works with 304 and 316L stainless steel. We confirm the grade from the structure, process, use environment, target market, testing requirement, cost position, and your specification. 316L is not the automatic choice for every shell design.
Can you use natural shell or mother-of-pearl?
Shell is within our documented decorative-material scope. We confirm each requested natural shell, mother-of-pearl, or abalone-type material only after checking its grade, color, dimensions, availability, structure, process compatibility, sampling, and repeat-production supply.
Can you produce PVD gold shell jewelry?
Yes. Our in-house plating workshop has six PVD vacuum-coating machines. We confirm the color, surface preparation, layer requirement, decorative-material sequence, testing, cost, and plating-batch quantity for each shell jewelry project.
Is your shell jewelry waterproof and tarnish-proof?
Chicolink does not promise permanent color or universal waterproof performance. We define the material, finish, assembly, packaging, and order-specific testing. Artificial-sweat or salt-spray results apply only to the tested product and conditions.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Existing-style samples usually require 3-7 working days; OEM/ODM samples usually require 25-30. Existing-style bulk orders usually require 20-30 working days; custom bulk orders usually require 25-45. We confirm timing after reviewing materials, tooling, plating, approvals, testing, packaging, and capacity.
How do you control natural shell variation?
We confirm the material name, grade, dimensions, color or pattern range, surface condition, and defect limits. Representative material and finished samples define the approved natural range. Metal-plating color tolerances do not define natural shell color or iridescence unless agreed in writing.
Can you provide private-label packaging?
Yes. Chicolink supports product logos, jewelry cards, pouches, boxes, barcode and SKU labels, Amazon FBA packaging, and branded sets. We confirm packaging artwork, materials, dimensions, protection, MOQ, quantity, channel, and lead time separately.
Can you support EU and US testing?
Yes. Chicolink supports confirmed nickel-release, lead, cadmium, REACH-related, California Proposition 65, artificial-sweat, and salt-spray requirements.
