A Trusted China stainless steel jewelry Manufacturer Since 2012!

Venetian Mask Jewelry Manufacturer

Custom stainless steel masquerade jewelry developed for global brands, importers, distributors, and retail programs from concept through bulk production.

Chicolink Jewelry manufactures Venetian-inspired stainless steel pendants, charms, earrings, rings, and coordinated collections in Dongguan, China. Our OEM and ODM process covers artwork review, DFM, prototyping, PVD/IP finishing in our in-house plating workshop, quality control, private-label packaging, and export support. Each project is evaluated by motif, structure, material, target market, order quantity, and testing requirements before sampling. We manufacture jewelry based on Venetian mask motifs; we do not claim Italian origin, traditional Venetian mask craftsmanship, or Murano glass production.

Manufacturing Paths for Different B2B Jewelry Programs

Chicolink supports focused brand capsules, seasonal retail programs, regional wholesale ranges, and branded cultural gift lines. Each project is planned around authorized artwork, SKU count, colors, packaging, inspection, and replenishment. The representative scopes below explain our planning routes; they are not named-customer claims, sales results, or testimonials.

We adjust the development route to the channel, product mix, price position, launch date, and replenishment plan instead of applying one standard package to every project.

venetian mask private label capsule sample bench

European Brand Capsule

Use Scenario

A European private-label brand plans a coordinated Venetian-inspired pendant, earring, and charm capsule for a seasonal launch.

Key Challenge

The collection must share one recognizable mask language while controlling skin-contact materials, earring weight, sharp edges, PVD color, packaging consistency, and market-specific test requirements.

Chicolink Solution

Chicolink reviews the target market, authorized artwork, price position, material preference, and packaging brief. Our team then develops a common motif system, evaluates each product through DFM, prepares samples by SKU, and establishes approved color, finish, size, and packaging references before bulk production.

Result

Chicolink prepares a development package for sample approval, costing, testing, and controlled collection rollout.

Project Data

Representative project scope: three to five coordinated designs, one or more approved PVD colors, custom jewelry cards, and testing arranged according to confirmed EU requirements.

Retail Gift Program

Use Scenario

A North American chain retailer requires masquerade-themed jewelry gift sets with standardized presentation for multiple stores.

Key Challenge

Product direction, barcode data, jewelry-card orientation, set completeness, color consistency, carton markings, inspection timing, and delivery milestones must remain aligned across the purchase order.

Chicolink Solution

Chicolink converts the retail brief into SKU, packaging, labeling, and inspection checkpoints. Approved samples and packaging files become the execution references. First-article confirmation, process QC, final inspection, packing verification, and optional third-party pre-shipment inspection are incorporated into the production plan.

Result

Chicolink prepares a retail-ready specification framework connecting product approval, packaging, inspection, and shipment preparation.

Project Data

Representative project scope: coordinated gift sets, custom cards or boxes, buyer-provided barcode files, AQL or customer inspection standards, and a confirmed shipment window.

Distributor Seasonal Range

Use Scenario

A regional distributor wants a carnival-season assortment for boutiques and independent retailers at several price points.

Key Challenge

The range needs visual variety without creating uncontrolled tooling, color, stone, packaging, and replenishment complexity across too many low-volume SKUs.

Chicolink Solution

Chicolink organizes the range around reusable motif families, product formats, shared findings, controlled PVD colors, and tiered decorative options. Existing production methods and custom tooling are compared before sampling so the distributor can balance differentiation, order quantity, cost, and future replenishment.

Result

Chicolink prepares a practical SKU architecture with defined development priorities and cost drivers.

Project Data

Representative project scope: core pendants and charms, selected earrings or rings, shared packaging formats, and quantities confirmed per style, color, size, and plating batch.

venetian mask cultural gift pendant packaging

Cultural Gift Collection

Use Scenario

A museum, event supplier, or lifestyle gift company develops an original mask-motif product line with branded presentation.

Key Challenge

The design must retain cultural recognition while avoiding copied protected artwork, fragile protrusions, illegible engraving, and packaging that fails to protect high-polish or decorative surfaces.

Chicolink Solution

Chicolink evaluates authorized artwork, simplifies features only where manufacturing or wearability requires it, and defines suitable laser cutting, casting, CNC, engraving, color-fill, or stone-setting routes. Product and packaging samples are approved under controlled file versions before bulk production.

Result

Chicolink delivers a manufacturable jewelry and gift specification while keeping the origin statement accurate: manufactured in Dongguan, China.

Project Data

Representative project scope: custom motif, logo application, product card or gift box, approved wording, and quantities based on the final engineering and packaging plan.

Match Mask Motifs with Manufacturable Jewelry Formats

A mask motif cannot be transferred to every jewelry format without adjustment. Eye openings, narrow bridges, facial relief, decorative extensions, symmetry, and center of gravity behave differently in pendants, earrings, rings, and charms. Chicolink uses the visual intent and authorized artwork as the starting point, then selects a product format and manufacturing route that can support finishing, inspection, packaging, and repeat production. Historical names below describe design references, not origin claims.

DFM Controls for Intricate Mask Jewelry Details

Venetian mask jewelry combines recognizable silhouettes with small openings, curved edges, relief, color, stones, and suspended connections. A visually attractive drawing may still be difficult to polish, plate, assemble, inspect, or wear. Chicolink reviews the outline, openings, connections, wearability, decoration, and bulk standard before sampling, then records open points for confirmation. Final dimensions and tolerances follow the drawing, material, process route, sample, and your written requirements.

Turn Decorative Geometry into Repeatable Stainless Steel Jewelry

  • Openwork and narrow bridges: Laser-cut or stamped holes and narrow bridges generally should not be smaller than the material thickness without separate validation. Chicolink checks whether eye openings, filigree, and side ornaments can survive cutting, deburring, polishing, plating, handling, and wear.
  • Wall thickness and relief: For conventional solid cast parts, a preliminary wall-thickness review may begin around 0.8–1.2 mm. Local details, long projections, recesses, and transitions still require separate assessment for incomplete fill, shrinkage, deformation, and polishing loss.
  • Edges and skin contact: Eye openings, beak tips, outer contours, stone seats, and the back surface are reviewed for burrs, sharp corners, rough welds, and uncomfortable contact. Chamfers or radii are added where the design and production route allow.
  • Recesses and process access: Deep grooves, blind cavities, and narrow internal corners can trap polishing compound, cleaning liquid, color fill, or plating residue. Drainage, cleaning access, tool reach, and plating coverage are considered before the structure is released.
  • Balance and orientation: Pendant-loop position, center of gravity, chain clearance, earring direction, and left/right pairing determine whether the mask hangs upright or flips during wear. These points are checked on the physical sample, not only on the rendering.
  • Decoration and approval: PVD color, stone placement, color-fill boundaries, logo readability, A/B/C appearance surfaces, and protected packaging areas are documented in the approved drawing, sample, BOM, or process specification.

Choose a Production Route That Supports Repeat Orders

The right process depends on geometry, thickness, relief, order quantity, finish, tooling budget, and the level of repeatability required. Chicolink does not assign one process to every Venetian mask jewelry design. Our engineering team evaluates the artwork and commercial brief, selects a primary route, and adds drilling, bending, welding, polishing, plating, stone setting, color fill, assembly, or packaging operations where required. The approved route becomes part of costing and production planning.

Coordinate Material, PVD Color, Stones, and Color Fill

Material and decoration decisions cannot be separated from structure, target market, testing, cost, or order quantity. Chicolink builds a project-specific finish system around the approved mask design. Material grade, surface preparation, polishing level, PVD/IP structure, color reference, stone method, color-fill material, logo process, and packaging protection are confirmed together. This reduces late-stage conflicts such as inaccessible polishing areas, weak adhesion, covered detail, visible color variation, or transport damage.

Approve One Finish System Before Bulk Production Begins

  • Stainless steel base: Chicolink can evaluate 304 or 316L stainless steel according to product structure, target market, cost, and test requirements. Material selection does not replace product- and market-specific compliance testing.
  • Surface preparation: We use high polish, mirror effects, brushed, matte, sandblasted, or other approved finishes to create distinct visual contrast on facial relief and openwork. We confirm primary, secondary, and hidden surface appearance, acceptable tool marks, cleaning requirements, and handling protection on the sample — so the approved finish is consistent across all visible and touch areas.
  • PVD/IP color: Gold, rose gold, black, gunmetal, and other approved colors are controlled through reference samples, defined layer requirements, process records, inspection, and batch traceability in Chicolink’s in-house plating workshop. Color and thickness requirements affect cost and testing. We do not describe any finish as permanently fade-proof.
  • Stones and decorative parts: Zircon, glass stones, pearls, or other confirmed components are selected by size, color, setting method, position, and transport risk. Adhesion or retention checks are chosen according to glue setting, prong setting, bezel setting, or the actual structure.
  • Color fill: Cold enamel/epoxy, resin fill, paint, or other approved systems require engineering and sample validation. Groove depth, line width, Pantone reference, surface level, curing, cleaning, adhesion, and compatibility with plating or later assembly must be confirmed.
  • Brand details: Laser engraving, etching, stamping, relief, logo tags, and branded packaging are reviewed for authorization, minimum legibility, direction, size, and safe margins.

Follow a Controlled Path from Artwork to Golden Sample

Chicolink turns an authorized sketch, reference image, CAD file, physical sample, or commercial concept into a controlled development package. Each stage closes questions about feasibility, quotation, sampling, revision, and bulk approval before the next step begins. The released package connects the approved mask design to production and inspection.

Project Brief

Provide the product type, target customer, sales market, design reference, approximate size, quantity, target cost or retail position, color direction, packaging, testing needs, and delivery window. These inputs help Chicolink evaluate a repeatable product rather than an isolated drawing.

Artwork Review

Chicolink reviews sketches, AI (Adobe Illustrator)/EPS/SVG artwork, PDF or image references, CAD files, STEP/IGES/STL/3DM files, or physical samples as applicable. Submit only artwork, logos, branded elements, and reference designs that you are authorized to use. We list missing dimensions and unclear features for confirmation.

DFM Review

Engineering evaluates material, thickness, openings, projections, edge treatment, hanging point, welds, stone seats, color-fill areas, plating access, weight, comfort, and packaging risk. Chicolink identifies assumptions and open questions rather than silently treating an unconfirmed assumption as the final production specification.

Drawing Approval

The approved 2D or 3D file records dimensions, size system, material, weight target, component specifications, surface treatment, logo position, decorative details, and critical tolerances. Drawing support for unconfirmed projects may require a sample fee or internal approval; it is not presented as unlimited free design work.

Costing and Terms

Chicolink calculates the product according to its confirmed version, material, size, weight, process route, tooling, plating, stones, packaging, quantity, and testing. The quotation distinguish product price from applicable sample, mold, artwork, testing, inspection, packaging, and logistics costs where relevant.

Sample Production

The sample follows the released file and planned process route. Depending on the product, production may include tooling, cutting, casting, CNC, drilling, welding, deburring, polishing, in-house plating, stone setting, color fill, assembly, inspection, cleaning, and protective packing. Progress updates are arranged according to project needs.

Sample Evaluation

The sample is checked against dimensions, appearance, color, structure, hanging direction, comfort, edge condition, logo, decoration, function, and packaging. Marked photos and itemized comments make revisions easier to evaluate. Changes affecting structure, tooling, process, cost, or timing require a revised evaluation and version record.

Golden Sample

The approved sample, drawing, BOM, PVD color, surface finish, logo, packaging file, and confirmation record become the bulk reference. Later changes must be documented by version. First-article and production inspections then compare the order against the released standard instead of relying on memory or informal messages.

Choose a Sampling Route Before Committing to Tooling

Different designs require different sample routes. Chicolink reviews the project conditions, then confirms the sample type, timing, chargeable items, validation points, and revision process. The sample fee covers development work and does not automatically approve mass production. This keeps flat cutouts, decorated pieces, and sculptural masks under the correct development plan. The comparison below separates these routes before tooling or sampling begins.

Verify the Manufacturing Resources Behind Your Mask Design

Complex mask jewelry requires coordinated design, metal processing, deburring, joining, polishing, plating, decoration, inspection, and packaging. Chicolink Jewelry was founded in 2012 in Dongguan, China. Our factory combines these functions with an in-house plating workshop, quality control, packaging, and export support for B2B stainless steel jewelry projects. We connect the approved sample to the relevant production route, batch records, and shipment documents.

Factory Resources Connected to Real Production Decisions

  • Factory organization: More than 5,500 square meters, 400+ employees, six jewelry designers, and three jewelry engineers support product development and production planning.
  • Company-wide capacity: Monthly capacity exceeds 200,000 pieces across Chicolink's jewelry portfolio. Capacity for a Venetian mask project is confirmed by SKU complexity, process route, plating batch, packaging, order mix, and schedule; the company-wide figure is not a mask-only capacity promise.
  • Relevant equipment: Five CNC machines support precision parts and tooling work; three laser cutting machines support approved two-dimensional patterns; five laser welding machines support controlled joints; eight polishing machines support confirmed surface requirements; and six PVD vacuum coating machines support approved colors and layer specifications.
  • In-house plating control: Chicolink's plating workshop manages process specifications, pretreatment coordination, color and sample approval, production monitoring, inspection, exception handling, and batch traceability for approved PVD/IP, water-plating, and other confirmed processes.
  • Process ownership: PMC coordinates materials, operations, and delivery milestones. IQC, IPQC, FQC, plating inspection, packing checks, and shipment records connect the approved sample to the production batch.
  • Inspection access: Factory audits and third-party quality inspections can be supported. Requirements, appointment timing, scope, costs, and documents should be confirmed before production or shipment.

Plan Commercial Terms Around the Confirmed Mask Design

Price and lead time follow the released product specification, not the theme name alone. Size, thickness, weight, material, tooling, relief, cutouts, finishing, PVD, decoration, findings, packaging, testing, quantity, and delivery terms affect the quotation. Chicolink confirms how MOQ is counted by style, color, size, plating batch, and packaging version before order approval. A complete brief reduces quotation gaps and later changes and makes the production schedule easier to plan.

Control Mask Details from First Article to Shipment

Chicolink starts quality control with the approved material, drawing, sample, BOM, color, decoration, and packaging specification. Incoming, first-article, in-process, plating, final, packing, and batch checks are selected according to product risk. Contracts, confirmed drawings, approved samples, and your written standards take priority over our internal defaults. The same references support replenishment review and corrective-action tracking.

Prepare Each Order for Its Target Sales Market

Compliance and retail delivery requirements depend on the product, material, color, plating structure, target market, packaging, and shipment route. Chicolink confirms them before testing and production planning. A test or report applies only to its stated product, sample, batch, and conditions. We also connect approved packaging and labeling files to the shipment plan.

EU Requirement Review

For European projects, Chicolink can support review and testing arrangements related to REACH, nickel release, EN 1811, EN 12472, lead, cadmium, and your confirmed requirements. The applicable product, material, color, plating structure, standard version, sample quantity, laboratory, cost, and timing must be agreed before testing.

US Requirement Review

For United States projects, Chicolink can coordinate product-specific review or testing according to confirmed market and project requirements, including California Proposition 65 where applicable. A general statement does not replace product-specific evidence. Report scope, tested sample, components, color, date, and applicability must be checked.

Third-Party Testing

We coordinate testing with SGS, HKPC, or a laboratory designated by you confirming laboratory availability, standards, sample quantity, destructive-sample allowance, fees, lead time, report wording, and shipment schedule before testing begins. Each report applies only to the stated sample, material, color, coating, and conditions.

Private-Label Packaging

Available project options include laser logo, logo tag, jewelry card, velvet pouch, gift box, care card, barcode label, SKU label, and Amazon FBA packaging support. Chicolink confirms product orientation, anti-tangle arrangement, surface separation, stone and projection protection, label position, set completeness, inner quantity, and carton packing before execution.

File and Batch Control

Product drawings, BOMs, approved samples, PVD colors, logos, card artwork, box artwork, barcode data, labels, and carton marks are controlled by version. Product changes require connected file updates. Order, SKU, material, plating, inspection, packing, carton, and shipment records support problem identification and replenishment consistency.

Pre-Shipment Verification

You may arrange your own inspection, request a third-party inspection, or use Chicolink's confirmed internal pre-shipment checks. Quantity, product appearance, dimensions, function, logo, set contents, labels, barcodes, packaging, cartons, and required reports can be reviewed. Third-party appointments and rework allowance must be scheduled before the planned shipment date.

Do you manufacture Venetian mask jewelry in stainless steel?

Yes. Chicolink manufactures Venetian-inspired stainless steel jewelry in Dongguan, China, subject to design and engineering review. Suitable formats may include pendants, charms, earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelet elements, and coordinated sets. We manufacture jewelry based on approved mask motifs; we do not produce traditional wearable Venetian masks or claim Italian origin or Murano glass production.

We can evaluate authorized Colombina-, Bauta-, Volto-, plague-doctor-, carnival-, abstract-, and brand-created mask directions. These names describe visual references rather than origin claims. Chicolink reviews silhouette, relief, openings, projections, decoration, product format, and intellectual-property authorization before recommending laser cutting, stamping, casting, CNC, engraving, or a combined route.

Yes. You may submit a sketch, reference photo, vector artwork, technical drawing, CAD file, 3D model, or authorized physical sample. Chicolink reviews dimensions, material, structure, manufacturing route, finish, cost, and bulk feasibility. Please submit only logos, artwork, branded elements, and protected designs that you are authorized to use.

Chicolink can evaluate 304 or 316L stainless steel, high-polish, mirror, brushed, matte, sandblasted, PVD/IP colors, laser engraving, stones, pearls, and approved color-fill systems. Availability depends on the structure, target market, test requirements, quantity, and sample validation. Exact PVD color, layer requirement, thickness, and finish are approved per project.

The typical OEM/ODM MOQ is 500 pieces per style. MOQ may be calculated by style, color, size, plating batch, stone configuration, or packaging version. Tooling, material availability, design complexity, and production method may change the final minimum. A typical 120-piece MOQ applies only to confirmed existing or regular styles, not automatically to every Venetian mask project.

Custom OEM/ODM samples usually require 25–30 working days after the necessary specifications and commercial conditions are confirmed. New molds, complex relief, special PVD colors, stones, color fill, packaging samples, tests, or design revisions may require additional time. Existing-style samples are usually 3–7 working days only when a relevant SKU and its conditions are confirmed.

Sample fees usually apply. Mold, fixture, artwork, testing, packaging-sample, inspection, and courier costs are quoted when relevant. Whether sample or mold fees can be credited against a later order depends on order value and a written agreement. Chicolink does not promise automatic fee credits or unlimited free design revisions.

Chicolink reviews opening size, bridge width, material thickness, tool access, burrs, projections, welding, polishing access, cleaning, plating coverage, and skin-contact surfaces during DFM and sampling. First articles and finished products are checked against the approved drawing and sample.
